is separate from the bathroom and bedroom - great for getting ready for
the day.Other features of this special home are recessed lighting,
crown molding and hardwood floors throughout. Maid service is optional.
This unit is only available furnished and it is fully accessorized with
new towels, sheets, silverware, glasses, dishes (for 4) and cookware.
The owner pays for water, garbage, heat, electricity, gas and a local
phone #. A TV with local channels only is provided. Tenant will pay for
high speed internet and cable TV. A one year lease is preferred but
owner will consider other terms. The roof deck is awesome with
